WHEN WOULD YOU USE A CRM?
Just think of the number of enquiries you have had over the past 12 months. Where are their contact details? Where are you up to with them? SHould you be calling some of them back now? Can you remember where they told you they were going on holiday too? Did they tell you they were going into hospital for an operation? It would be nice to ask them how they got on but WHERE is that information?
This is what a CRM is for. It keep all information together in a safe place. All info will be searchable so even if you cannot remember their surname or company name you can still find them.
